Shell-and-Tubes Heat Exchanger

• Material specification: Schedule pipes and API pipe.
• Shell and tube vessel up to 18inch diameter.
• Capacity up to 260RT.
• Designed according to ASTM standards and meet JJKP requirement.

Air Cooled Heat Exchanger

• Copper tube diameter: 3/8" (9.58mm) and 1/2" (12.5mm).
• AL Fin: Corrugated pattern, up 10 to 14 fin-per-inch.
• Optional: Heresite coating, Hydrophilic fin, Copper fin.
• All coils are leak tested up to 350psi.

Cooling Coil

• Coil Type: Chill water /DX system.
• Stainless Steel/Galvanized Steel casing.
• Fin Type: Aluminium fin, Hydrophilic AL fin, Copper fin.
• Steel/Copper header with copper tube OD 3/8” or 1/2” or 5/8”.
• Coil leak tested up to 350psi.
